MTN Warn Actress Salma Mumin - She Apologises

Salma Mumin‘s long and now deleted post on Thursday claiming that Ghc 10,000 has been stolen from her MoMo account was nothing but a fabrication.

MTN has exposed the actress and slammed her down with a statement that she doesn’t have that money in her account!

Salma, apparently, lied for clout – or for whatever reason she had to do what she did.

MTN has released a statement warning her to apologize for her actions or they’re going to meet in court.

As we reported Thursday, Salma claimed that Ghc 10,000 had been withdrawn from her MTN business account without her knowledge.

Salma slammed MTN, claiming MoMo is not safe.

However in their statement, they make it clear she’s lying and they are willing to take her to court if she doesn’t apologize.

Actress Salma Mumin has taken to the same platform he lambasted telecommunication company, MTN Ghana on, Instagram, to apologise for her fake post that accused them of stealing her GHC 10,000.00.

According to a press release, Miss Mumin said her comment was unfortunate and thereby apologised unreservedly.

Her statement followed MTN Ghana’s legal threat against her for spewing lies to the public as an influencer.

As a result of misapprehension I mistakenly and unfortunately made a post to the effect that “MTN KEEP SAYING NOBODY CAN WITHDRAW YOUR MOM ACCOUNT WITHOUT YOUR CONCERN BUT I JUST FOUND OUT MY over GHC 10,000 Cedis from my business momo account has been taken… MTN IS NOT SAFE ANYMORE!

It was clearly mistaken. I hereby retract the said post and apologise unreservedly to MTN Ghana for any inconvenience caused by my earlier post.

I also express my sincere gratitude to MTN Ghana for its effective and prompt support in resolving the difficulty I was facing with my transaction.
