Calgary, Canada: 4th Edition Of World Diversity In Leadership Confab Opens

The President and Founder of Centre for Intellectual Excellence ( CeFIE) Canada, Dr Hilda Fankah -Arthur has underscored how Sustainable inclusion, diversity, equity, and accessibility (IDEA) initiatives are increasingly recognized as key components of effective Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategies.

According to her, Research leading to the business case for IDEA has revealed that organizations leveraging these tools experience increased innovation, productivity, profitability, customer satisfaction and improved ESG ratings that attract more investors and many associated benefits.

Speaking at the opening ceremony of the 4th Edition of World Diversity in Leadership conference in Calgary, Canada organized by Centre for Intellectual Excellence( CeFIE ), Dr Hilda Fankah - Arthur mentioned that the last three conferences have left impressive impact on the global population and leadership landscape.

She was optimistic that the contribution from past speakers and participants have ignited conversations, fostered collaborations and inspired change that reaches far beyond these conference walls.

The Organization stated that it has also witnessed a shift in mindsets and policies, as organizations around the world recognize the value of diverse leadership in driving innovation, enhancing decision-making, and promoting sustainable development.

The Over 400 Participants after the confab are expected to gain insights, diverse perspectives and learn from the personal experiences of global leaders who have leveraged DEI to advance significant initiatives in different roles and positions.
