President Akufo-Addo has appointed Herbert Krapa, Deputy Minister for Energy, as the new Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG).

Herbert Krapa replaces Keli Gadzekpo, who submitted his resignation letter with an effective date of Tuesday, 9th April 2024.

Despite his new position, Mr. Krapa will continue to serve as Deputy Minister for Energy.
