President Donald Trump has released a farewell video on his last full day in office, thanking Americans for 'this extraordinary privilege', listing his achievements and wishing the next administration well - although he failed to directly name his successor Joe Biden.

As Biden's chartered plane arrived in Washington DC on Tuesday night, the White House posted the address on YouTube.
