Naya Rivera's autopsy confirmed that the actress died by drowning and there were no signs drugs or alcohol played a role in her death.  

Ventura County Medical Examiner's Office released the autopsy's findings on Tuesday confirming that the body found Monday was Rivera. 

It added that the condition of the body of the 33-year-old star is consistent with the time that she was submerged. 

 
The manner of her death was listed as an accident.
